Our next whole day gaming session is booked for 26th March 2023, 9am to 6pm.
Learning from previous events there are a couple of organisational changes.
There is no Bloodbowl tournament. So we have more space downstairs, but potentially fewer attendees taking up more space.
The booking system on the website is now open. This is an opportunity to both book the space you need but also promote and advertise it to others. NOTE you are booking space by tables. These are our folding tables, each approximately 6 by 2.5 feet. Please make sure you book enough tables to fit your game needs. In the event that we reach capacity, it will be first come first served.
To try and help planning and certainty on numbers, we shall be selling advanced tickets for £5, available by cash or card any game night. £6 on the day.
There will be a painting competition, sponsored by The Army Painter, with prizes, open to all members. Details are on the website GAUNTlette page.
The café will be open serving food and drink 9-2.
